We were 7 founding members with different professions (farmer, soz.-Päds, fam.-Therapists, educators, IT-ler) and had a goal in 2016: “A contemporary systemic social work, in which all elements are effectively coordinated with each other” and this results in our concept and all offers. Over the past 7 years, we have developed into a medium-sized company with 40 employees and have been able to further professionalize. Arbitrias Mission People in crisis situations usually find themselves inadequate and socially inadequate. In particular, children and young people do not find access to themselves and their resources without help. As a symptom, they often represent conflicts and unprocessed themes of the entire family system. Our approach is based on the relationship building with the client and his family environment as well as the holistic view of the child/young people and his family system. The focus is on the individual resources, the energy carriers for the necessary self-reflection. The skills of the child or adolescents and his family are the focus and not the so-called deficits. For an exceptionally original, loving and traumatized 8-year-old boy, we are looking for a learning therapist:in or teaching who is willing to rethink learning – and really take responsibility. The boy is currently living in one of our housing groups. The size of the group, school experiences, numerous already experienced relationships and repeated transitions have shaped its biography. These experiences are not a deficit, but the context of its clear, challenging and very honest relationship offers. The school day is not currently available for him. Classrooms, noise levels, group dynamics and expectation pressure do not lead to learning – but to overload. At the same time, he is emotionally fully present, shows the entire range of feelings and remains responsive at the level of relationship. Another change of facility does not come into question for us. We are convinced that it must – and it can – go differently. This also includes organizing school differently: small-part, educated, everyday and looking to open a perspective to the boy again. .
