This is what your working day looks like:

• Administrative tasks such as document management, electronic storage and Preparation of evaluations in theERP system (e.g. Sage)
• Close cooperation with specialist departments and customers, including correspondence andrepresentation of mailbox
• Optimization and coordination of work processes and development and Implementation of improvement measures
• Creation and management of production orders, resource item lists and Production plans in close coordination with production
• Monitoring of delivery dates and processing of customer requests, including cancellation requests and delivery dates

That's what you bring:

(m/w/d), industrial businessman (m/w/d), Office Management (m/w/d) or a comparable

• Professional experience in work preparation is advantageous, but not mandatory
• Team skills, communication skills and good German skills Word and Scripture
• Knowledge of MS Office applications is desirable
