Location: Braunschweig Region – real estate objects regional to nationwide (and individual objects also international)

Objective: The focus is on the commercial and organizational inventory management; Coordination/monitoring/supervising as well as building decision bases and contributing sustainably to the preservation of value of the objects

As a commercial real estate specialist (m/w/d) your main tasks are: Full support of the real estate portfolio, especially in commercial issues (e.g. administrator care, occupancy, empty spaces, economic refurbishment / modernization etc.) Control of external house managers and project partners Own-responsible, proactive agreement / development of commercial solutions for all types of questions regarding rental Economic evaluation of offers, renovation and construction projects together with a technical specialist Monitoring, compilation of commercial object and state reports after regular - for example half-year - visits of the objects throughout Germany Creation and discussion of internal, commercial policy proposals for any real estate Main contact partner for all commercial matters for architects, specialist planners and administrations as well as ensuring all legal requirements (e.g. rental law), with the help of external specialist consultants Support for issues related to own-used properties of the owner family Commercial planning, control, control, APPLICATION? Completed commercial and/or technical studies or completed training (optionally with further training) from the real estate sector Multiannual professional experience in commercial inventory management Entrepreneurial, economic and long-term thinking (e.g. climate protection, ESG) within the meaning of the owner Imprinted proactive communication capability both internally and externally (e.g. with administrators, project developers, tenants, etc.) Eagerness, curiosity, willingness to learn in the case of sustainable (immobility) topics which may be unknown to date Self-employed, analytical, structured, reliable and, above all, service and solution-oriented work Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, good knowledge of English is advantageous We are looking for a communicative, solution-oriented and self-responsible personality who likes an exceptionally wide range of topics in real estate management and appreciates a real team...
