Technologist (m/w/d) Process Development Semiconductor Cleaning Process

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced technologist for process development in the field of semiconductor cleaning (m/w/d), in this role you are critically involved in the development and optimization of cleaning processes for semiconductor components. They work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions and ensure the quality of our products.

Process development and innovation: further development of the GreenTec Technology and strategic innovation of process technologies. Process optimization: Analysis and improvement of existing processes and technology concepts. Experimental implementation: implementation of experiments and experimental series in the clean room. Development of new concepts: development of new process and hardware solutions and technical documentation. Standardization: Definition and specification of standard processes on SUSS machines. Technology screening and publication: research on new technologies and publication of results at conferences and in journals.

Education: You have completed technical studies (e.g. process engineering, physics, chemistry, mechanical engineering) or comparable training and professional experience Experience: They have professional experience in technology development, preferably in the semiconductor industry Team capability: They like to work in the team and are characterized by communication strength and customer orientation Software knowledge: You have knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE) Personal characteristics: High self-motivation and targeted and solution-oriented work
