This includes the content design, coordination and organisation of further development measures as well as the selection of internal and external trainers: within the team's responsibility. During your internship, you not only develop talents, but also actively contribute to the success of the company. Support our Global Talent Development Team from 1. August 2026 for six months in Munich as an intern:in the preparation and follow-up of our training and further training courses for our consultants:in the world. In the center of your work: Support in the preparation, refurbishment and support of virtual and presence trainings (especially through participation and service providers management) Administrative preparation and day-by-day support in the implementation of our international 'Kickoff-Bootcamp' for New Entries in the surrounding area of Munich Organization of our monthly virtual 'Onboarding Days' for New Entries as well as co-modernisation of the associated welcome session Various operational support in the field of personnel development, e.g. through research, management of bookings, cancellations and evaluations, documentation and AI-based optimization of processes as well as tool-based training management (e.g. in the Learning Management System and in the company-internal EventApp) Communication with internal and external stakeholders (mainly via e-mail) This is your team: You are part of a closely linked and highly motivated team from various Roland Berger locations. Studies (FH / University) of the Department of Business Administration (with special emphasis on staff), Social Sciences, Psychology, Event Management or a comparable degree course Embossed organizational design and structured working Enthusiasm for topics related to human resources development, event management and communication with trainers: Secure handling of Microsoft Office (in particular MS Teams, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel) Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing First experience in human resources or event management driving licence class B
