In your role, you accompany testing and certification activities with focus on our digital solutions and platforms, shape the central management system and make an important contribution to the transformation of the group of companies. With your expertise, you will advise top management and mainly IT and development areas in the implementation of normative, regulatory and legal requirements and ensure a sustainable anchoring of our security culture You accompany and coordinate external audits and conduct internal audits successfully. You can use your method expertise for the further development of processes, for the identification of risks and improvement approaches, for the analysis and for the sustainable disposition of non-conformities.

Successfully completed technical studies, 3-5 years of experience in a technical role as well as hands on digital products worked At least 2 years of professional experience in implementing software/IT management systems Experience with ISO 27001 or BSI C5 (Must-have) Method tools for creating and optimizing processes (e.g. process audits, FMEA, SIPOC, value flow analysis, VOC, Six Sigma, Lean Management) Experience in the implementation of training and workshops Communication strength and pronounced diplomatic skill across all hierarchical levels Enforcement combined with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented personality Travel readiness (approx. 2 days per month) German knowledge and very good English knowledge in word and writing
