MEAG is part of the Munich Re Group and is one of the most important asset management companies in the world. In the commercial sector, a team of 9 employees at the Hamburg location supervises around 37 properties in northern and eastern Germany and is responsible for the comprehensive support of commercial, logistics and residential properties. These include, in particular, the tenant communication, the contract management, the maintenance of master data as well as the receivable and security management.

• Customer-oriented tenant care: complaint management and concern about the rental relationship
• Implementation of all measures to increase rental income, implementation of receivable management
