Specialist Legal Counsel (m/w/d)

As a central contact person, you are responsible for legal issues of specialist departments, coordinate external lawyers and control legal processes in Germany and abroad You accompany the operational units legally on transport and logistics contracts as well as on other contractual issues, e.g. in IT contract and real estate law In the field of compliance, You support the design of the company processes to comply with the legal requirements and to observe changes in the legal environment

Complete legal studies or comparable qualifications with well-founded knowledge in civil and economic law, ideally complemented by special knowledge in transport, real estate or corporate law professional experience or knowledge through training focuses in contract law, ideally with points of contact, e.g. for transport and forwarding law, IT law or real estate law or Ready for appropriate incorporation Embossed analytical capacity as well as structured and solution-oriented thinking in dealing with complex legal issues Sovereign appearance, negotiation skills and high conflictability in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders German and English knowledge, in particular for the examination and negotiation of contractual documents
