Our client is an established engineering office in northern Germany, which has been successfully implementing infrastructure projects for municipalities, public contractors and private builders for many years. With high technical expertise and a dedicated team, the company supports projects in civil, road and engineering – from the first idea to the successful acceptance. As part of an indefinite ceremony, we are exclusively looking for a civil engineer (m/w/d) on behalf of our client at the next possible time, who has the pleasure of demanding projects and wants to introduce his expertise in a modern and value-adding working environment. Holistic support of municipal infrastructure projects according to HOAI (performance phases 1–9). Planning, tendering, construction and acceptance of new, maintenance and repair measures in civil, road and engineering. Coordination of internal and external project participants and communication with cities, authorities and clients. Creation of performance directories and award of construction services according to VOB. Monitoring dates, costs and quality standards. In the case of new construction projects, you also take over tasks in the planning and control of development measures and the design of external installations. Creation of project-specific documents and testing of construction accounts.

Completed studies in civil engineering (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor or Master), ideally focusing on civil engineering, transport path construction, disposal and construction. Funded knowledge in planning, tendering and construction management as well as in procurement law and relevant technical regulations. Professional experience in project management and coordination of complex construction projects is advantageous. Safe handling of MS Office, AutoCAD, iTWO; knowledge in CAD or GIS applications desirable. Self-structed, structured and responsible working with a strong organizational talent. Teamability, communication strength and enforcement capability – even in challenging project phases. Driving license class B as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing.
