„The HR Steering & Digitalization department controls and accompanies the Implementation of the HR-to-digitalization strategy through targeted deployment technologies to simplify and optimize HR processes guaranteed. As a central interface between the internal IT department, external IT service providers and HR departments we develop the requirements for IT tools and take responsibility for their implementation and operation.

-Your tasks:-

· ​ Analysis, planning, conception and accompanying implementation of Adaptations in the existing HR IT system landscape to standardization and optimization of business processes · Operation and further development of the current and future HR IT systems in close cooperation with internal IT – including User support, troubleshooting and coordination of updates and releases · Collection, description and evaluation of requirements within the framework of Introduction of SAP SuccessFactors · First practical experience in process optimization through use of RPA technologies and/or low-code platforms · Takeover of (partial) project lines in the HR digitalization environment · Close cooperation with HR and IT departments, representatives of co-determination and external service providers for the development of efficient and User-oriented solutions · Support for further tasks in the context of HR digitization

-Your profile:

· Successfully completed studies with professional reference to the job (e.g. B. Business Informatics · Multiannual practical experience in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or comparable HR systems · Extensive professional experience in the survey of requirements in the context of HR processes · Methodological knowledge in project management and experience in Subproject management of software implementations desirable · Reliability, hands-on mentality and strong team orientation · Strong communication skills and customer orientation · Interest in new technologies and pronounced analytical Skills · German language skills in word and writing
