Quality Manager (m/f/d)

You take over the processing of customer complaints in the international environment and are responsible for these structured according to 8D methodology. You carry out Cause Analysis (RCA), coordinate correction and prevention measures and check their effectiveness. You drive forward the improvement of our processes and processes and work together with our French branches and the process managers of the various departments. You support the international standardization of our processes and check compliance with internal audits, especially at our French branches. You act as a quality partner for our French branches and support them in all quality issues. As part of the international QM team, you are involved in the creation, maintenance and development of QM documents, standards and factory standards.

You have a degree in mechanical engineering or have comparable knowledge. Your native language is French or you have knowledge of French in word and writing. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You have ideally been able to gain several years of professional experience as a quality engineer or in quality management. Experience with 8D reports, root analysis and action tracking is advantageous. The handling of MS Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel, is obvious to you. You are also safe in handling an ERP system, ideally SAP. You work structured, strong communication and feel comfortable in an interface function with international contacts.
