Creation of shipping documents in the SAP system according to international shipping regulations Creation of customs documents in Expowin/Beo, including certificates of origin, forwarding orders and export declarations Optimization of transport costs by tendering and comparing conditions and services of different carriers Communication with the worldwide customer service (Intercompany), freight forwarders, industrial and commercial chambers (IHK), banks and internal planning departments settlement of accreditations and correspondence with involved banks – across the factory and across the EMEA Conting and testing of freight costs Monitoring of open customer orders as well as on-time and consistent delivery

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or for office communication At least three years of professional experience in export and shipping logistics, ideally in an industrial company Secure handling of SAP ECC 6.0 as well as very good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) Knowledge of customs regulations, customs clearance and incoterms Experience in accreditation and correspondence with banks First practical experience in the area shipping advantage Embossed team capability, high operational readiness and reliability Friendly and safe occurrence as well as resilience also in labor-intensive phases Quick understanding and the ability to capture, analyze and set priorities in daily business safely Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
