In our special housing for people with mental impairments in our open residential area in Glückstadt, we are looking for a

in full or part-time.

Your tasks

In human beings:They accompany, promote and support people with mental and search-related impairments and help them identify, strengthen and use their individual resources – with the aim of enabling them to live their own lives.

Structure & security:Your reliability creates confidence. They design the daily routine with our residents and ensure a stable, value-adding environment in which they feel safe and secure. You work closely in the team and create a transparent and stable structure through joint planning, exchange and close-mesh documentation.

Relationship:They create a trusted reference service system and support residents in all important areas of life.

Communication & Consultation:They actively participate in the community life, accompany the participation process and support the residents in implementing their actions.

*Responsibility: *Your organizational talent is as much as your ability to deescalate communication. The work according to ProDeMa-Professional Deescalation Management is a central basis for your action. In addition, you actively shape participation processes, document professionally based and create development reports.

Your profile

Qualifications:They have completed training or study in the social, educational or educational field (e.g. educators, nurses, social pedagogues, social workers*in) and ideally experience with people with mental or addiction.

Empathy:They accompany people with psychological and addictive impairments with joy and commitment and want to open paths to a self-determined life.

**Encouragement is important to us - you meet our residents with respect, have a sense of their needs and create a confident and calm atmosphere.

Required:You have a class B driving license, solid PC skills and are ready to work in shift service (exclusive day shift).
