In order to strengthen the Amtes for the building industry at 01.07.2026, we will apply two school masters (m/w/d) for a limited period to 31.12.2027 in full time (part time possible) and a school master (m/w/d) as of now terminated** until 31.12.2027

You have craftsmanship and technical skills**and want to work in the field of building entertainment? Then apply as a school house master (m/w/d) and support the office for building management in housekeeping and care of school facilities. **

Your tasks:

They take over housekeeping and building entertainment. This includes:

• Implementation of small repair, maintenance and maintenance work in and around the building
• Detection and notification of structural damage and deficiencies in furnishings
• Monitoring the house order as well as ensuring order, safety and cleanliness of the objects incl. readiness
• Operation, control and monitoring of technical installations in the building
• Purchasing material and equipment in coordination with the object managers
• Regular maintenance and control of air conditioning systems
• Cooperation with security companies in alarm and emergency cases
• Implementation of the annual inventory in cooperation with the school secretary

In addition, the outdoor facilities, including the sports facilities, are responsible for the sweeping and winter service:

• Maintenance of garden and outdoor facilities including sports facilities, removal of leaves
• Adoration of the sidewalks, access to the house, the courtyards and paths on the plot
• Cleansing of workspaces, workspaces and work equipment
• Winter celebration including removal of snow and ice on walkways and roads, winter service
• Exterior drainage systems control
