Application training & placement in work

You carry out individual and group coaching in our premises (application training, development and promotion of key competencies, self-management, reduction of brokerage etc.) You support the participants in the individual targeting and development of professional perspectives You develop application strategies and professional application documents You support participants in the Internet research, the acquisition of internships or jobs with the aim of switching to the first labour market You work closely with cost-beneficiaries, authorities, companies and the educational network You document your pedagogical work and the individual measures and completed reports for our clients

Ideally a completed study (preferably from the field of pedagogy, psychology or the like) or a comparable qualification or a completed training with ADA-Schein You bring well-founded experiences in coaching and dealing with the mentioned target group A flexible, independent and structured way of working is of course for you You are characterized by high communication and team skills You can safely apply the MS Office programs and have good Internet skills Personal selection systems and criteria are familiar to you You know the local labour market and the local consultancy offices
