As a controller in the human resources sector, you are responsible for the sub-yearly personnel cost calculations, the department's cost planning and the coordination of the material cost planning for the area. In addition, you carry out quarterly and annual financial statements in the field of personnel (determining personal provisions, plausibility of actuarial opinions, account clarifications) according to HGB and IFRS. You are a contact person for internal colleagues and for business and tax auditors. The support and creation of service contracts is also one of your tasks. You are responsible for the accounting of employee sales contracts. You process ad hoc requests, as well as analyses and special evaluations. You are also responsible for preparing relevant information for deriving decision recommendations for management.

You have successfully completed an economic study and have several years of experience in the field of activity. You also have a pronounced affinity for numbers and the ability to solve complex controlling requests. You have experience in dealing with standard PC applications, especially MS Office. You have a high degree of organizational ability, team skills and communication skills. You are characterized by your own initiative and a proactive way of working with a view to the essentials.
