Support of the Director in all business, organizational and administrative issues within the clinic Contact person for various business areas such as controlling, finance, procurement, IT, central QM and more Analysis, calculation of success and comparison of actual data with controlling, execution of calculations and creation of business plans and concepts Examination and approval of invoices, processing of requests from receivable management Commissioning and coordination of technical operations and construction Calculation of hospital services for research and development projects, including coordination and approval of research contracts and budget monitoring Preparation and implementation of the investment budget and major equipment procurement Quality and risk management: maintaining the functioning of the QM system according to ISO 9001 ff, preparation and monitoring of audits, risk assessment Main contact partner for administrative concerns: creation of PowerPoint presentations, care of the clinic website, implementation of PR measures, complaint management and support in event management

Complete university studies, preferably in the fields of business management, health management or a related subject Proofable professional experience in comparable administrative, organisational and business positions, preferably in health care or in medical facilities Funded knowledge in controlling, medical controlling, financial management and in the aforementioned tasks Reliable experience in quality and risk management, ideally also with appropriate certifications Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to present complex information in a comprehensible manner High organizational skills and an experienced handling of MS Office applications, experiences with SAP i.s.h.med are beneficial Self-employed working and the ability to make independent decisions and coordinate projects
