Customer Service Manager (m/f/d)

Self-fulfilment of operational tasks in the service for machinery/plant engineering Processing of inquiries including creation of offers, orders and invoices Recording and clarification of customer requirements as well as organisation and coordination of the requested operations and deliveries Communication and correspondence with international customers by phone, email, mail, etc.

You have a commercial training (e.g. in wholesale and foreign trade, forwarding and logistics) or a technical training with technical completion Multiannual professional experience in service, after sales or shipping Experience in handling customs formalities including the customs clearance of goods You possess technical understanding, are communicative and have very good language knowledge of the German and English languages in word and writing. You have a structured, careful and proactive way of working, are independent, gratifying, have fun at work and are happy to work independently experiences in dealing with common ERP systems; as proALPHA are advantageous.
