Interface and responsible person for the project vis-à-vis customers, partners, subcontractors and the senior corporate organisation Define the project objectives in close cooperation with the customer and the senior management and taking into account the corporate strategy. Communication of project objectives to the project team. Participation in defining the long-term strategy for the customer Ensure careful selection of appropriate cooperation partners and subcontractors. Support for maintaining good relations with external contractors to ensure that the organisation receives satisfactory service standards Monitoring and control of technical progress, schedule, costs and quality compared to the project plan. Close cooperation with project controller and PMO employees. Adapting the project sequences if necessary Management or support for the development of proposals and offers for future projects and programmes Technical management of the resource planning process for the project, clarification of personnel requirements with the project manager Support in the creation and maintenance of the project structure plan, work packages and related agreements (Internal Performance Agreements) Accompanying risk and change management in the project Support in the creation of the Cost-to-Completion in cooperation with the project controller Creation and presentation of results reports to the customer Supporting the organisation of working sessions between all industrial core team partners Further development of tailor-made project management methods: definition, development, implementation and improvement of suitable project management tools, processes and templates for project management with option of reuse for other projects. Presentation of new developments and improvement measures and implementation of improvements

Complete study of aerospace technology, economic engineering or comparable qualification Extensive experience in the customer processes of project management, in particular the European Commission Willingness to acquire an extended safety review (Ü2) Multiannual professional experience in project management Knowledge and experience with project planning and project management methods and frameworks e.g.: IPMA (Level B), PMI (Level PMP) Knowledge of presentation techniques Very good English skills Good analytical skills and organised working Good communication skills & high cooperation readiness
