Specialist Claims & Insurance Management As part of our team in damage and insurance management, you are responsible for the efficient and transparent processing of damages and contribute significantly to smooth operations. In doing so, you take care of all wagon and locomotive damage and ensure professional testing as well as regulation or defence of damages. In addition, you perform the complete and comprehensible documentation of all processes and ensure complete traceability of the individual cases. In close cooperation with the departments involved, you agree to the further procedure and develop suitable solutions for complex issues. In addition, you will carefully prepare damage cases for handing over to external lawyers and thus support legal processing. Regularly formulate meaningful evaluations, guide relevant findings and contribute to the continuous optimization of the department. Last but not least, you will develop and formulate process instructions and support the standardization and further development of our processes.

You are already bringing a successfully completed commercial training in the field of transport or logistics. Alternatively, you have a completed training for the car master (m/w/d). Ideally, you have been able to acquire well-founded knowledge of damage management, transport law and railway law and operational regulations. In addition, you have ideally gained one to three years of professional experience in Claims Management. Alternatively, you have experience in the wagon management of a railway company or a car owner or car rental company. The routined handling of the current MS Office applications is obvious to you. Both in German and English, you communicate safely and address-oriented. In addition, you have a well-founded knowledge in the application of the AVV and are sure to deal with its rules. Your strong team and collaborative capability allows you to successfully collaborate with different contacts. At the same time, you are characterized by conflictability, solution orientation and communication strength. Your profile is rounded off by a high degree of analysis, problem-solving and decision-making competence, as well as a pronounced degree of self-initiative, self-organisation and sense of responsibility.
