• Consulting and Sparringspartner (m/w/d) on all the topics relevant to the regional management Northwest as well as the regional management and executives

• Design and embossing of the working environment and corporate culture

• Covering staff needs through timely recruiting measures in cooperation with the recruiting team and conducting negotiations with local employee representatives

• Advice and support in employee development in cooperation with the development team

• Power in establishing a health culture

• Support and driving force in performance and change management and organisational development Development and implementation of regional and central HR processes

• Completed training or completed studies in the field of economics or humanities with a focus on human resources management / HR

• Multiannual practical experience in operational personnel management *Responsible expertise in human resources and development as well as good knowledge of labour, social security and business constitutional law

• Good knowledge of MS Office and HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors

• Enforcement, Hands-on-Mentiality and pronounced communication and presentation skills
