Head of Projects & Team Coordination – Social Economy (m/f/d)

Our client is an established, non-profit organization of the social economy based in Bonn - Rhein Sieg - Cologne. In a value-oriented environment, man is at the heart of daily action. In order to further strengthen and professionalise customer support, we are looking for team coordination / customer responsibility, which with heart, structure and leadership significantly contributes to the work of our client.

Direct management of 6 team coordinator:inside and managing customer responsibility General responsibility for the customer process: new acquisition, case management, quality assurance and central interface to customers, cost centers and management Ensuring legal procedures (SGB IX / SGB XII), including application procedures, regulations and documentation Development of structures and processes in customer support representation of the area in guide rounds, at cost carriers and at trade fairs; active participation in the professional development

Professional background, e.g. project management, social services, social management or commercial qualification with experience in integration aid At least five years of leadership experience Willingness to engage in new topics and issues (such as social-legal principles: SGB IX / SGB XII) Enforced, communicative and clear personality, with an empathic, direct and reliable leadership style Ability to combine social requirements with economic responsibility High organizational strength, proactive operation and sovereign handling of customers, cost carriers and internal interfaces Driving licence Class B and readiness to work at several locations
