Nurse - outpatient nursing service (night shift) (m/f/d)

Do you want to work independently in the predominant night service and care for people in their usual environment? Then you will be part of our outpatient care service as a nurse (m/w/d).

Your tasks

Pflege & support: They take care of basic and treatment care in the evening and night hours and ensure individual and needs-based care.

Safety & organisation: During your service hours, you will ensure a quiet, secure and structured process and also act professionally in emergency or acute situations.

Communication & Cooperation: The trustworthy exchange with colleagues, relatives and other specialist areas is of course part of this as well as professional medical communication.

Document: They document all relevant events in our software Connext Vivendi and help ensure optimal care.
