Personnel Officer Employee Lifecycle & Personnel Marketing (m/f/d)

You accompany the entire employee lifecycle - from contracts to personal master files to certificates - and ensure complete, well maintained digital personal files. You prepare the pay bill for our external service partner, check data carefully and work closely with HR colleagues, executives and other departments. You are involved in personal marketing at the site, developing creative activities to make us even more familiar to the outside and to win the right talents for us. You are responsible for the time economy, care for working hours, holidays and mistakes, and start meaningful statistics. You are the central contact person for employees, authorities and external partners - clear, positive and solution-oriented. You actively participate in HR processes & projects, such as digitalization, reporting or internal training. You ensure quality & process security, supports audits and enter BEM processes.

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. You have work experience in a similar HR function; However, candidates with experience from a temporary worker are also well imagined, ideally in production-related personnel processes. You work structured, reliable and extremely carefully, especially in handling sensitive personal data. You are a positive personality, open-minded and result-oriented - and you communicate with value as solution-oriented. You can control common office applications safely; very good German language skills are required; good English skills would be an additional advantage.
