In this function, you are responsible for the smooth management and coordination of production in one layer and are responsible for ensuring the physical process in the warehouse from picking, goods receipt and forklift movement to loading, in compliance with the administrative requirements. Please report directly to the Warehouse Operations Manager. You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in the shift. In addition to the organisation and management of employee talks, this includes the planning and maintenance of training and training plans for new employees and trainees. In coordination with the team coordinators, you control the daily staffing and ensure a smooth process. You are responsible as security officers for the implementation and control of compliance with work security and legal regulations and for the order and cleanliness in the warehouse. Furthermore, monitor and correct the proper handling of employees with the technical equipment used. In addition, you take over the procurement of workwear for employees.

You have completed vocational training as a specialist warehouse (m/w/d) or as a specialist (m/w/d) for warehouse logistics or have several years of professional experience in the warehouse. You have first leadership experience in the logistics sector. You have a driving licence for industrial trucks and corresponding driving practice.
