For our Department of Taxation and Development Insurance, in which we bundle all the overarching functions for business management, we are looking for you as Product Owner (m/w/d)

In this role, you report directly to our Management Board and are responsible for the successful achievement of the strategic corporate goals in the tender-encompassing damage area. In addition, your tasks include: the strategic development of the department and the future-oriented establishment of the department organization with efficient and customer-oriented process optimization, e.g. by further digitization. the operationalization of the strategic department agenda in concrete projects and initiatives to design a modern and customer-oriented processing of performance and damage cases. With a view to market trends and needs in organizational development, you are actively driving change and innovation processes forward. They stand for our corporate values, also inspire your over 90 employees and work with your 8-person leadership team trustingly at eye level. They are available as a Sparring Person for difficult questions and promote a responsible, agile and team-oriented way of working. In special cases, you are a spokesperson and negotiator of important parties in the event of damage. You operate active interface management to the Executive Board, the other departments and the Works Council, work proactively in strategic corporate projects and represent your department and GVV in bodies.

You have a degree in the field of (economic) informatics, economics (at least Bachelor) or a comparable qualification. They bring several years of professional experience in system development in the area of damage. Process and technical understanding make your development task easy. They are structured and can set goals and priorities. In addition, you have practical experience in the agile project or project Project management and a pronounced agile mindset. In the project implementation, you work pragmatically and at the same time with high quality standards as well as success orientation. With communicative and diplomatic skills, you can access internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
