As a technical subproject management for the characterization of a highly innovative optical MEMS platform project, you are responsible for the planning and implementation of the characterization over the entire product development cycle. In doing so, you conduct cross-area and location SE teams, from different domains and functional areas, using agile project management methods (e.g. SCRUM). You control dates, costs and content of characterization from the start of development to the transfer to the series. Their expertise is required when it comes to planning and coordinating characterization and verification studies throughout the product cycle. You react to complex questions with technically sound solution strategies. In close cooperation with our customers, you identify the requirements for characterization, develop innovative solutions and evaluate them in terms of technical and economic feasibility. In addition, you are responsible for creating the characterization reports and present them both to our customers and to internal management reviews. Together with internal partners, you define the basic structure of the data that forms the basis for the subsequent evaluation. Another part of your work is the independent development of new methods in the field of data analysis (big data) or the adaptation of existing ones in cooperation with internal or external research and development areas. In close coordination with the ''Lead for Requirements Engineering'', the characterization and documentation of the results ensure that a complete chain is guaranteed from the requirement to the detection of the requirements.

Education: completed university studies in microsystems engineering, microelectronics, electrical engineering, physics, optics or a comparable degree course Experience and know-how: professional experience in characterization in the context of major development projects and handling requirements engineering tools (e.g. DOORS); experience in communication with customers; technical understanding in MEMS, ASIC or optics; Experience in the development of platform control devices of advantage (e.g. LIDAR, Radar, ESP...) Personality and working methods: They are motivated, well organised and coordinating; as a team player:in you are proactive and focused; Your communication skills distinguish you. Enthusiasm: Joy in sharing know-how and passion in the team to promote cooperation and creativity Languages: very good German and English in word and writing *The gross annual salary for this body is, according to our regulations, at least EUR 86,000 for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfilment of the tariff requirements).
