In the Mercedes-Benz Procurement & Supplier Quality division, we are responsible for the procurement of production materials as well as ensuring the quality of Mercedes-Benz Cars. This includes cooperation with national and international suppliers, the safeguarding of global supply chains, ensuring the supply of material to our vehicle and aggregate plants, and ensuring the necessary production capacities along the entire vehicle lifecycle. In the age of ever-changing market conditions, safeguarding the global supply chain plays a central role. Supplier capacity management ensures the delivery capacity of purchase parts within the global production network and ensures the initiation of appropriate measures to secure series production when bottlenecks are identified. For this challenging and exciting task we are looking for you as an intern*in supplier capacity management. These challenges include: Identification and protection of critical supply chains Ensuring optimal supply of materials for operational bottlenecks in cross-work situations Introduction of capacity-protection measures in the start-up and series process System maintenance and evaluation of demand- and capacity-relevant key figures of the global supply chains Planning and preparation of supplier visits and supplier discussions We offer: A comprehensive insight into the global supplier capacity management of an international automobile manufacturer Working on exciting and strategically relevant topics along the global supply chain Responsible tasks in a professional and collegial environment Cooperation with international suppliers and various departments The opportunity to introduce your own ideas and actively contribute to ensuring the supply of materials The activity can begin from February 2027.

Course in Economics, Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Commitment Team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working
