Development of innovative solutions: You are closely involved in teamwork and support the development of innovative solutions in the field of documentation, automation and system integration. Process design: You analyse process steps in the in- and output management, support the modelling of new workflows and contribute to the introduction and further development of digital tools and automation solutions. Accompanying daily business: In the day-to-day operation, you will be able to agree on sub-processes, assist in the processing of inputs and outputs and help to ensure efficient and stable output management processes. Designing practical projects: You support sector-wide projects with a broader impact, causing their own impetus to actively shape changes.

Study as a basis: You will find yourself in the Bachelor's or Master's degree programme of Business Engineering, Business Information, Digital and Media Management or Comparable and will provide a successful basic study. Analytical & team-oriented: Complex topics penetrate quickly, you communicate openly and directly and you like to work in the team. Practice & Tools: Ideally bring first experience from project work, workshop methods or with Microsoft 365 (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams / SharePoint). Precise & initiative: You address tasks in a structured manner, critically question processes and actively initiate their own ideas.
