As a central contact person, you address all service-related topics in an international environment. In regular meetings with customer stakeholders, you will review current global printing initiatives and their progress. You carry out half-year review meetings, evaluate results, follow action plans and accompany rollouts as well as operational topics. Based on incident and problem reports as well as satisfaction surveys, you develop continuous service improvement measures. You will also participate in the service strategy and service design for the implementation and optimization of services. You analyze SLA violations and deviations and take appropriate measures. If necessary, you initiate escalation, promote communication and support the solution of critical issues. You coordinate central deployment management for hardware, technology and enterprise rollouts together with all relevant stakeholders. In cooperation with third-party providers from Konica Minolta, you ensure compliance with the agreed service levels. You evaluate the impact of changes on capacity planning and provide sufficient resources in on-site and remote support. You support the analysis, planning and improvement of the availability of all IT services offered. The maintenance and management of custom configuration manuals for Konica-Minolta device settings is also part of your task. Together with regional and local service support teams, you support the provision of contractually agreed services and initiate service improvements. You control and monitor remote projects and ensure their successful implementation. You will also start, analyze and prepare reports, including SLA and inventory reports, ITSM ticket reports as well as print volume reports.

For this position, you have a completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, IT/Information Technology or comparable training. In addition, you bring relevant professional experience in international service delivery management. A strong customer orientation as well as strong technical and analytical skills characterize you. Here you will find problems and find sustainable solutions for customer concerns. You have knowledge and practical experience in dealing with business, productivity, collaboration and service management applications. A high level of organizational skills and very good communication skills complete your profile. As a team player, you work successfully with various disciplines, cultures and international teams, share your knowledge actively and contribute to the joint success. You bring the willingness to international missions. We require knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Knowledge of the ITIL and PRINCE2 methodology as well as corresponding certifications are advantageous. Experience and/or knowledge in the digital printing industry are a plus.
