You take the process control and independent solution finding for the disorder in the core bank environment and are the central contact person for sales, payment, securities and credit to the top management. Together with our providers, you develop performance monitoring for all critical applications and infrastructure and establish initial measures when threshold values are exceeded. The evaluation and further development of KPI's reporting on service availability, reaction and response times as well as performance and capacity utilisation are part of your task.

You have successfully completed a degree in the field of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification. A broad IT confession for (core) applications, interfaces and infrastructure such as Avaloq, Airlock, SWIFT, FinTS or IBM MQ is of advantage. You have experiences in batch job control, databases and/or monitoring applications such as Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics, ELK-Stack, DX NetOps and UIM, Oracle APEX, Splunk. Expertise in banking processes (credit, securities and payment transactions) as well as analytical and conceptual skills combined with a pronounced team spirit complete your skills set.
