Continuous Improvement Expert (x|w|m)

We are now looking for two Continuous Improvement Experts (x|w|m) at the Guxhagen site (near Kassel). The tasks of this position include monitoring and improving processes with the aim of making them as efficient as possible. Monitoring, evaluation and interpretation of production problems and initiation and implementation of improvement projects.

The job is full-time and takes place on site in Guxhagen as well as on-time remote.

In this position you analyze processes using statistical methods and Lean Tools (including VSM)

For early detection of capacity losses, you identify measurement points along the entire value chain

You lower reject rates (Scrap) and increase the yield (Yield)

As a Continuous Improvement Professional (x|w|m) you work with CI

You initiate improvement projects and conduct them with the affected areas

You also collect meaningful data and integrate it into the shopfloor management

You train executives in the application of lean and statistics tools

Presentation of workshops and team training

A completed university degree in the field of engineering, technology or supply chain forms the technical basis

Funded technical expertise in process improvement techniques, lean management and or Six Sigma methodological knowledge as well as practical experience in their application

Project management skills enable structured and targeted implementation of projects

Leadership skills are shown in the ability to win and inspire teams for a culture of continuous improvement

A strong analytical mindset supports data-based decisions

Excellent communication skills ensure effective cooperation

Flowing German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing are absolutely necessary
