In the course of this development, the project management is to be further professionalised and oriented towards future requirements.

Therefore, we are looking for a state-of-the-art management (m/w/d).

In this position you take over the overriding responsibility for the entire project management of the company. You lead a team of about 10 project leaders and ensure that the numerous parallel projects are structured, economically and targeted.

There is no focus on the operational processing of individual projects. Your task is to guide your project leaders, to set priorities, to coordinate resources, to develop structures and to provide orientation and solutions in complex project situations as a senior entity.

Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of a team of about 10 project leaders Total responsibility for the organisation and management of the project management Superior coordination of several parallel large projects Ensuring appointment, quality and cost targets across the entire project portfolio Support of project leaders in complex technical, commercial and organizational issues Early recognition of project risks and the introduction of appropriate countermeasures Coordination of interfaces between project management, management, construction management, planning, purchasing and external partners Development and standardization of project management processes and structures Optimization of processes and responsibilities with regard to further business growth Capacity and resource planning within project management Regular reporting to management Monitoring and control of escalation and decision-making processes in challenging project situations

Multiannual experience in project management of a general company Nice first leadership experience, ideally in the leadership and development of a team of construction or project managers Experience in turnkey construction or in the realization of demanding construction projects Good knowledge of relevant project processes and ideally the HOAI and VOB Technical or construction-related studies, e.g. civil engineering or architecture, alternatively a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience Impressed economic understanding and a safe view of costs, dates and resources Very good organizational and coordination capability Sovereign occurrence vis-à-vis clients, planners, subcontractors and internal interfaces
