Transition Manager im Home Office (m/f/d)

In this role, you are responsible for the planning, control and implementation of the agreed services from the previous operating state to the target organization. You work closely with internal departments, customers and external service providers and ensure a smooth transfer to the stable control operation. You take over the end-to-end responsibility for the planning and implementation of the entire transition according to agreed Transition Plan. In addition, you will monitor milestones, deliverables and KPIs and ensure time, budget and quality targets. A structured handling of risks, dependencies and possible bottlenecks is also part of your responsibility. In addition, establish transparent communication and escalation processes and report regularly to stakeholders and management. You define target processes, roles and operating structures, accompany the transition to the stable control operation and ensure complete project documentation as well as meaningful status and progress reports.

You have several years of experience in managing complex transition or transformation projects. Ideally, you bring knowledge from the outsourcing or managed service environment. In addition, you have profound experience in project management as well as in common methods such as PRINCE2, PMI or comparable standards. Knowledge of IT service management, for example according to ITIL v3/v4, complete your methodological profile. You understand technical relationships in IT infrastructure or network environments and can safely control dependencies. A structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working, as well as a readiness to travel, if necessary, will distinguish you. Finally, you are convinced by communication strength, enforcement ability and a sovereign appearance towards different stakeholders.
