Coordinator (m/w/d) for Evidence Management

You accompany the projects and the individual buildings as part of the verification process from the beginning to the end. From the early strategic preparation to the accompaniment of the operational commissioning phase to delivery, you are responsible for documentation and demonstration. These include, depending on the project phase, mainly the following tasks: generating test specifications of all test stages based on the contractually agreed project requirements and their verifications, as well as their approval and archiving. Coordinate the registration for FAT, including test personnel, third party and customer. Enter FAT results and transfer residual points Compilation of test documentation and certificates of the relevant, previous test stages according to PdL, for the preparation of a successful approval call for STW/HAT per system. Compilation of proof-related delivery documentation per boat/ship over all test stages in accordance with contractually agreed project specifications.

You have a (economic) engineering degree, a relevant master title (d/m/w) or the like. You bring experience from quality assurance or proof management and at best have relevant professional experience in over/underwater shipping. You have experience and comprehensive understanding in the field of commissioning. The daily use of IT tools (SAP, NScale, Teamcenter, JAZZ) and their content care is of course for you. Extensive knowledge in the field of technical systems as well as their complex relationships, at best in the area of over and underwater shipping, complete your profile. At the defining interface to quality assurance, you have extensive operational experience and strategic technical knowledge. You can communicate safely in German and English.
