Responsibility for the management, control and development of the driving team with a total of 23 executives and approx. 1.300 employees from economic, operational and social aspects Operational and strategic management of the driving personnel with a view to the development of the services and infrastructure Planning and control as well as optimisation of the processes within the driving personnel area based on the center and company objectives Responsibility for integrated financial and personnel planning including cost or Objective control Coordination of new settings and assignments for the driving service Clearing and processing of basic questions and development and implementation of sustainable solutions for the driving personnel sector Ensuring close horizontal and vertical cooperation with supervisors, internal areas and partners Representation of driving personnel within and outside the BSAG Takeover of special tasks and project work on behalf of the Center Executive

Completed studies with an industrial or engineering background or a comparable qualification Comprehensive operational and management experience Targeted, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Openness for changes and interest in new topics and developments High level of negotiation and enforcement Impressed social competence and appreciation of leadership Representative employee and customer orientation Clear, binding and trusting communication High level of responsibility and decision-making High loadability and stress tolerance, even in demanding situations
