Plant Controller / Factory Controller (m/f/d)

Business Partner (m/w/d) in close cooperation with the factory management, production, logistics, purchasing and central finance and controlling teams Responsibility for the entire product cost and factory controlling Analysis of manufacturing processes, KPI monitoring and derivation of measures to improve earnings including ensuring implementation Analysis of production and overhead cost deviations and derivation of optimization measures together with the departments Determination and maintenance of hourly and overhead cost increases for production lines Compilation of economic and investment accounts and monitoring of implementation and success Implementation of forecasts, budget planning and monthly financial activities Support for the management of works in strategic decisions Further development of controlling processes, reporting structures and dashboards Cooperation in project-specific topics such as cost optimization, investment planning or lean initiatives

Graduate in Business Administration or Economic Engineering with a focus on controlling Multiannual professional experience in controlling a manufacturing company Good SAP knowledge Analytical skills and technical interest Careful operation, enforcement capacity and pronounced communication strength Very good English skills
