Do you want to take responsibility in large maritime projects and actively shape cooperation with system suppliers and external service providers? In this key role, you coordinate all ILS-related delivery services and act as a central interface between purchasing, specialist areas and subcontractors. In doing so, you contribute to the structured, economic and quality implementation of logistical performance in naval shipbuilding. Are you interested in this? Then apply now! Your tasks in detail: As a central contact for subcontractors, external service providers and internal purchasing departments, you control ILS-related delivery services and report directly to the department management. Developing together with ILS leaders You provide a procurement strategy, transfer them to operational processes and ensure their consistent implementation. In close coordination with the purchase, you negotiate performance content, delivery volumes and contractual framework conditions with system suppliers in the context of ongoing projects. On the basis of the utilisation planning, you coordinate the allocation of work packages to external ILS service providers and ensure a resource management that is appropriate to requirements. During the project execution, you will support project managers and system logistics specialists in managing and monitoring subcontractors to ensure time, quality and performance targets. In addition, together with the supplier management, you drive forward the further development of our partners with regard to ILS-specific requirements and promote sustainable cooperation.

Complete technical or economic studies, e.g. economic engineering, ship operating technology Multiannual professional experience in the maritime industry, ideally in the handling of major projects of the German Client Funded knowledge in procurement management as well as in support of subcontractors and service providers Process and expertise in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Embossed negotiating strength, structured working and entrepreneurial thinking Very good communication skills in German and English as well as safe occurrence to internal and external stakeholders Teamability, organisational strength and enforcement Willingness to travel in Northern Germany (about 10%)
