Do you enjoy actively shaping HR processes and accompanying the entire employee life cycle? Support of the personnel officer in daily business and independent processing of administrative HR topics across all phases of the employee life cycle, from contract creation to offboarding

Active support in recruiting, including publication of job advertisements, support for applicant management, appointment and partial implementation of job interviews

Planning, coordination and implementation of a structured onboarding process for new employees

Tracking and coordination of all relevant personalised deadlines and support in the creation of HR reports and evaluations

Close coordination with internal specialist departments as well as cooperation with HR projects, special tasks and continuous development and introduction of efficient HR processes

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally with additional training in the HR environment

Multiannual practical experience in generalist personnel work, preferably in a similar role and ideally in a manufacturing company

sound knowledge of labour law; Experiences in payroll accounting are a plus

Self-employed and structured working methods, pronounced communication skills and a solution-oriented and positive attitude
