Annual operating costs including invoice processing, master data maintenance, cost management and economic management Maintenance of all rental, housing and building-relevant accounting data, plausibility checks, calculation of advance payments and creation of manual billing in special cases Complete and correct invoice processing including confirmation, booking, payment and billing checks and collection of all applicable data master data management for conversion accounting (calculation circles, cost type limitations, pre-use reserves, periods, calculation data, distribution keys, economic units) Maintenance of the counter inventory file including checking of reading values, pre-acquisition of consumption, calculation of supply area-related costs and plausibility checks, in particular for water and garbage Plausibility assessment and settlement of the amounts of transfer, calculation of future advance payments, taking into account price increases and individual consumption behaviour Processing of requests and objections, booking of necessary corrections, billing of new cost types (e.g. PV systems) and close cooperation with measuring and house service providers Support for account management and economic management, including auditing of inventory, expenditure and income accounts, analysis of cost fluctuations, working up time-limited supply disorders and monitoring of district heating connection values, taking into account the idleness

Completed commercial training in the area of housing and real estate Comprehensive knowledge in housing or real estate management Secure knowledge and experience in cost accounting Basic knowledge Communication skills, persuasiveness and negotiation skills in customer talk Customer and service-oriented appearance Good understanding of general economic relations
