Your tasks:

• Professional and personal leadership of the social media team and photo and video studios
• Creation of targeted social content for the focus of education, pedagogy and family
• Operational community management with control, support and expansion of the relevant social media channels. In particular: Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Social Ads, especially on Facebook and Instagram
• Plan content, (sales) campaigns and actions via all relevant social media channels
• Building new, future channels and continuous, sustainable fan production in all existing channels
• Development, support and control of YouTube presence in cooperation with our video editor
• Analysis, monitoring and regular reporting
• Cooperation with internal and external departments

Your profile:

• Good technical, technical and strategic knowledge in social media management and experience with online marketing in e-commerce
• Experience in the leadership of employees
• Interest in educational topics, passion for the audience and sense of humor
• Strong content and grammatical text security in relation to the existing audience with joy in texts
• Embossed visual understanding, creativity and sense of trends
• You are an open-minded, communicative and empathic person with professional appearance
• Individual initiative, organisational capacity, flexibility
• You trade independently, you like to work in the team and have a structured way of working
• You have the willingness to train yourself on your subject
• Good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel & Co).
• Good knowledge of English
• Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of popular photo, video, and social media software tools & apps
