You control and accompany larger maintenance measures from the beginning to the end. To do this, you will get offers, compare them with each other and make sure that the commissioned services meet the requirements through careful quality checks. With regular visual checks on buildings and technical installations, you can ensure that everything remains in a proper condition. At the same time, you support the compliance with operator responsibility. You keep our building control technology in mind, monitor the systems regularly and ensure smooth operation. As a reliable contact person, you support your colleagues in everyday work and take part in smaller repairs.

You have a completed technical training, e.g. in electrical engineering, electrical installation or in the field of sanitary, heating and air conditioning, and feel at home in a versatile technical work environment. You can understand technical connections not only on paper: With your craftsmanship and your good understanding of building control and plant engineering, you can also find practical solutions in everyday life. You work independently, structured and reliable. At the same time, you go open to people and convince by your pronounced service and service orientation. For the journeys between our locations and the safe handling of the object vehicles, you have a class B licence.
