You have a completed bank training, e.g. banker / banker (m/w/d), and relevant experience in customer contact. You are experienced in dealing with the banking application and bring enthusiasm for digital channels. In your daily work, you will be happy to take responsibility and decide targeted in the sense of the bank. You represent the bank to the outside and convince with your friendly appearance on the phone and on electronic sales channels. You bring a sensitive and lively speech. Customer orientation and sales skills are your strengths. You are performance-oriented, committed and stress-resistant. You are characterized by a structured, rapid and process-oriented operation.
