The company-wide Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) is designed centrally in the Business Continuity Management Unit, located in the business processes and supply innovation department. In close cooperation with clinics, subsidiaries and internal key areas, we design a future-oriented BCM that is adapted to the complex requirements of a hospital carrier with critical infrastructure. Our goal: to ensure the operational capability of critical business processes under all conditions, taking into account legal requirements, sector-specific standards and real health care conditions.

independent processing of key tasks for the further development and implementation of the company-wide Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) along the BCM life cycle in coordination with the unit management independent implementation and support in the methodological development of Business Impact Analyses (BIA), focused on prioritization and evaluation of critical processes and resources Responsibility for the coordination and integration of risk analyses in cooperation with relevant departments from clinics and subsidiaries Management of the company's BCM documentation, ensuring consistency and topicality in coordination with internal key areas Development and evaluation of replacement measures and restart strategies based on identified risks taking into account sector-specific standards Conception, organisation and moderation of interdisciplinary formats (e.g. training, workshops) for the qualification of internal BCM roles and promotion of resilience structure Responsibility for planning, carrying out and evaluating emergency exercises as well as structured follow-up of real events with derivation of improvement measures
