As a production employee (m/w/d) in the manufacturing industry, you are in the middle of what is happening and make sure that processes in the production are properly interlocked. The place of use is clearly geared to a structured working day where you grow step by step into the tasks.

• You support ongoing production processes and keep the material flow in mind.
• Depending on the application, you take over the fitting, operating or easy monitoring of production facilities.
• Through visual checks, you will check manufactured parts for quality and recognizable errors.
• You sort, pack and prepare products for the next steps.
• Order and cleanliness at your workplace are your daily routine.
• In case of malfunctions or vulnerabilities, you give feedback and help to keep the process stable.
• In production, you work closely with the team and contribute to compliance with the requirements.

We are looking for

A practical, reliable working style fits particularly well for entry as a production employee (m/w/d). If you like to start, work attentively and stay focused on recurring tasks, you will find yourself in this role quickly.

• First experience from production, production, warehouse work or a similar area is helpful, but no need.
• You work carefully, you are resilient and keep an overview even in simple processes.
• A friendly appearance and team spirit will facilitate your everyday life in the production environment.
• The willingness to work in new work steps is important for a good start.
• Work as part of the planned working time fits well with your everyday life.
• You can also go flexibly with different layer models.
• As a production employee, you bring the motivation to reliably pack and actively support processes.

• Attractive compensation of up to €15.33 per hour.
