Senior Project Manager Digital Experience (m/f/d)

Project management/management: You conduct strategic IT and transformation projects from planning to successful completion

Control & Control: You plan, control and monitor projects including budget, resources and time – including in the areas of digital commerce, website development, content management, software development, AI-based solutions and gamification

Cross-functional, professional team management: You conduct interdisciplinary teams from creation, development, online marketing, strategy and accounting/sales and act as a central contact* between customers and team

Identification of potentials: You recognize opportunities in ongoing projects, derive possible follow-up orders and control their implementation in a targeted manner

Expansion of customer relationships: You develop existing customer relationships and recognize customer needs in advance

You have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager*in online or software development projects, preferably in the agency industry, in the media sector or marketing B2B/B2C

You have extensive experience with CMS and e-commerce technologies, headless architectures and AI-based solutions and have already successfully implemented projects in these areas

You are certified in PSM 1 and/or PSPO 1 or have a comparable qualification

You master classic, agile and hybrid project management methods safely and know when what method is used

You quickly collect content and conceptual requirements and translate them into technical specifications

You have experience in managing cross-functional teams and keeps culture and climate in mind in the team

You convince with pronounced communication and presentation skills

You have knowledge of German language
