For our client in the region of Schwerin we are looking for a senior physician Geriatrie (m/w/d).

The collaborative hospital has around 460 beds with all the departments and is a house in municipal sponsorship. In the Geriatrie, around 30 beds are currently to be served as part of the performance expansion in the Akut environment. A further expansion is planned and already approved. The house has the full level of training in the Geriatrie.

Your tasks:

• Organizational and content management of the department
• Control of the further development of the department in close cooperation with the Department of Internal Medicine I and the Hospital Management
• Implementation of a structured training concept
• Structured sign contact care
• Active participation in the external representation of the hospital and patient information events

Your profile:

• Specialist in Internal Medicine or General Medicine with additional name Geriatrie
• Senior Consultant (m/w)
• Impressed social competence and sensitivity to patients
• High performance
• Cooperative leadership style
