Head of Digital Business Organization (m/f/d)

You ensure the smooth running and the further development of all digital processes, control external IT service providers and organize business processes. You design the IT strategy and are responsible for IT service management, IT security, application support of the IT infrastructure (incl. telephony and network), the profile of the IT workstation environment and on-site assignment. You run strategic and operational IT projects. You advise our specialist departments on organizational-methodical issues. You lead a team of 5 employees and develop this professionally. You report directly to the management.

You have several years of professional and project management experience in the IT or digital operating organisation of a company or administrative body. A further theoretical qualification, e.g. a study of computer science, business administration with a focus on IT or a comparable study. You have several years of professional experience in the administration of IT systems and the control of external IT service providers. You have good knowledge of the preparation, design and optimization of administrative/business processes and the improvement of operational processes. You are a responsible team player with digitalization affinity. You are interested in technological developments and their implementation. You are a communication-strong, motivating personality with hands-on mentality.
