Strategic and operational responsibility for the entire HSE area of the company with multiple locations Ensuring and developing occupational safety, health and environmental standards Implementation and monitoring of legal and internal HSE requirements and implementation of internal and external audits Analysis and optimization of security processes in cooperation with the departments Training and awareness of employees in relation to HSE topics Coordination with authorities, external audit organisations and internal stakeholders

Complete technical studies or comparable qualifications as well as a completed further training on the specialist for occupational safety (SiFa) Multiannual professional experience in HSE, ideally desirable in the food industry Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (safety, environmental and health) Impressed communication and enforcement strength and a structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working as well as team spirit and hands-on mentality Germany-wide readiness to travel
