As project manager:in construction management, you ensure that planning and construction work seamlessly interlock and thus ensure a smooth flow of information, technical feasibility and economic implementation of our EPCM construction projects. Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management (EPCM) – this is our mission. With structured pre-planning, clear coordination and consistent quality assurance, interdisciplinary teams lead to project results that are time-, cost- and quality-oriented. Be part of Drees & Sommer and take responsibility at one of our locations in Stuttgart or Berlin. Depending on the project and personal interest, cooperation in major international projects is also possible. Ensure the execution of the planning including approval and execution planning, detailed planning, reinforcement and formwork plans, TGA-Schemata and workshop drawings Systematic testing of feasibility and variants with regard to material selection, construction processes, construction phase logic, logistics and construction site equipment under cost and time aspects Accompanying quality assurance through sample surfaces, test protocols, documentation, acceptance coordination, defect management and systematic Lessons Learned Creating and maintaining the building schedule (guide and detail schedule) - including critical path, buffers, milestones and dependencies - using clock planning, load planner and weekly control Coordinating the construction processes, including capacity and resource planning, as well as building phase and interface coordination between the various structures Initiating and guiding construction sequence meetings and transparent taxes by means of key figures

Complete study of the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering Construction, supply technology, electrical engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in project management or construction management of high, low or engineering projects Funded knowledge in VOB, HOAI, DIN/EN standards as well as in contracting and building law Secure handling of tools such as MS Project, Primavera, AVA software (e.g. iTWO, California) and BIM software (e.g. Revit, Navisworks, Solibri), collaboration tools (e.g. thinkproject, PlanRadar, BIM 360) and MS 365 Impressed communication and moderation capability, enforcing ability and structured functioning High action orientation, process orientation and sense of economy
